1. Mission Statement

The Jungle Survival Academy, Bhandavgarh aims at imparting most authentic, exciting and extreme experience of jungle craft and survival skills while developing a sense of responsibility towards natural ecosystem and its preservation. Apart from learning to benefit from nature, this course will instill extreme survival confidence and also develop team building and leadership skills in the participants.

2. Conduct

The course is run by highly trained Special Forces instructors along with local jungle specialists. Seven day jungle survival programme will be conducted in three successive phases as under.
(a) Training phase for three days
(b) Confidence building phase for one day
(c) Survival/isolation phase two days

Course Fee: ₹73240 / $996 per person

  • Navigate through the jungle to Point Maidan
  • Make improvised Safety tool
  • Learn movement in jungle
  • Read animal signs, observe nature and learn from it
  • Learn foraging for food and water in jungle and how to make fire
  • Pack lunch

03:00PM to 04:30PM


  • Move through jungle to High Machaan
  • Enroute forage food from jungle
  • Learn about navigation by day

05:00PM to 06:30PM

Location: Night Harbour
Event: Set up camp, light fire and set up security

06:30PM to 07:30PM

Event: Cook dinner in the jungle and learn about navigation at night by using stars

Event: Cook Dinner and jungle tales

  • Learn Night navigation by Stars

Location: Slithering Point


  • Learn Rope knots and skills
  • Practice Slithering and rappelling
  • Learn and practice improvised jungle Traps

10:00AM to 03:00PM


  • Navigate through the jungle to Right Bank
  • Rappel down from Black stone
  • Learn and practice improvised river crossing at Right Bank. Cross over to Left Bank

03:00PM to 06:00PM

Location: Left Camp


Set up secure camp at Left Bank

06:30PM to 09:30PM


  • Gather fire wood and set up a safe bonfire
  • Cook jungle dinner
  • Camp fire Jungle tales


Event: Jungle sleep under watch

  • Unarmed Combat lesson two
  • Confidence building exercise with very restricted food and water under supervision of instructors

03:30AM to 09:00PM

Event: Secure camp in High Machan

  • Unarmed Combat lesson two
  • Test exercise with no food and very limited water under remote supervision

03:30PM to 09:00PM

Location: Tala


  • Return to Tala, Bandhavgarh 365 Resort
  • Return Equipment
  • Bonfire, Feed Back, Certificates
  • Dinner by the bonfire

Event: Buffer Z Safari Khatauli in vehicles.

11:00AM onwards

Event: Lunch and Dispersal


The above itinerary includes

  • All meals and transportation
  • Training equipment other than personal clothing and shoes (which Travelers must bring along).
  • Medical Emergencies available during the course

The training equipment includes things like pup tents, sleeping bag, knife, GPS, hand held radio sets, emergency provisions etc, which are provided by us for use for the duration of the course.


  • Pick and drop from Umariya Railway Station
  • Any special, specific or personal requirements.
